By downloading, accessing, registering for, or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
If you use the App on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms, and "you" refers to that organization.
Scalevu is a platform that helps business owners and buyers/seekers discover local businesses and connect with one another. Through the App you can, among other things:
Scalevu is only a facilitator for discovery and introduction. We are not a party to, broker of, agent for, or guarantor of any communication, agreement, sale, purchase, investment, or transaction between users. Any dealing you pursue is strictly between you and the other user, at your own risk.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) and legally able to enter a binding contract to use the App. By using the App you represent that you meet these requirements.
You may create an account using an email address or through a supported third-party sign-in (such as Apple or Google). You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it up to date.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at mobyrex.tech@gmail.com if you suspect any unauthorized use. We are not liable for any loss arising from your failure to protect your credentials.
"Your Content" means any information, business details, text, images, media, or other material you submit to the App. You are solely responsible for Your Content and for ensuring it is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe anyone's rights.
You represent and warrant that:
You retain ownership of Your Content. You grant Scalevu a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute Your Content solely as necessary to operate, provide, and promote the App. This license ends when you delete Your Content or your account, except for content already shared with other users and for copies retained as required by law or for legitimate backup purposes.
We may, but are not obligated to, review, moderate, or remove any content or listing that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable, without notice.

Violating this section may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, and we may report unlawful activity to the relevant authorities.
The core purpose of Scalevu is to connect two people — an owner and a buyer/seeker — so they can discover each other and communicate. Once connected, any conversation, negotiation, agreement, or transaction is entirely between those users.
Before you act on any connection, we strongly urge you to:
Scalevu does not perform background checks, identity verification, or business verification on users unless expressly stated. We make no representation about any user's identity, honesty, quality, or legitimacy.
The App may offer optional features to promote or advertise a listing. Any paid or promoted placement does not constitute an endorsement or verification by Scalevu. If paid features are offered, applicable fees, billing terms, and refund conditions will be presented to you at the point of purchase and are subject to the rules of the app store through which you transact (Apple App Store or Google Play).
The App, including its software, design, logos, trademarks, and all content we provide (excluding Your Content and third-party content), is owned by Scalevu or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any part of the App except as expressly permitted.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scalevu expressly disclaims responsibility for:
Scalevu is not responsible for any fraud, loss, damage, or dispute that occurs outside of the App. The App merely helps an owner and a seeker connect and helps you discover local businesses. It does not guarantee any outcome, deal, or result. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
The App may rely on or link to third-party services (for example, Apple or Google sign-in, app stores, mapping or location providers, and cloud hosting). We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will Scalevu, its operators, affiliates, officers, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the App or any dealing with another user — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the extent any liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability to you for all claims relating to the App will not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD 50. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Scalevu and its operators from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or connected with: (a) your use of the App; (b) Your Content; (c) your violation of these Terms or any law; or (d) your dealings or disputes with any other user.
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access, remove your content, or restrict features at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, created risk or legal exposure, or engaged in fraudulent or harmful conduct. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and indemnity) will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the App. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the operator's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence. You agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with us informally by contacting us. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at the operator's principal place of business, except where applicable law grants you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
You obtained the App through the Apple App Store or Google Play. In addition to these Terms, your use is subject to the applicable app store's terms.
These Terms are between you and Scalevu only, not Apple, and Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App. In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any); Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App. Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App, including product-liability, legal/regulatory, or intellectual-property claims. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as "terrorist-supporting," and that you are not on any U.S. Government restricted-parties list.
Your use of the App must also comply with the Google Play Terms of Service. To the extent these Terms conflict with the Google Play Terms regarding your use of the App obtained through Google Play, the Google Play Terms will govern, but only to that extent.
